Permits are reviewed in the order received. Zionsville does not offer expedited review services. By ordinance, reviewers have up to 15 business days to review applications for commercial permits and up to 5 business days to review applications for residential permits (not counting the day submitted or holidays). Re-roof and sewer repair permits are issued on a walk-in basis.
